I had been crippled by back and buttock pain for years and put it down to Sciatica. I made an appointment with Belfast Back Care who were able to deduce that I actually had one leg shorter than the other (apparently this is quite common). This was causing me to be walking at a slight tilt which was straining my back and buttock. The therapist was able to painlesly fix my leg during my first appointment and I havent had a moment's pain since. I still attend the clinic to rectify the damage to my back and loosen the muscle in my buttock. The theraflex/boinic hand machine is amazing. Not only is it ultra effective in straightening my spine - it's also the best massage you'll ever get. I would strongly advise anyone with any sort of back pain to pay these guys a visit. For the sake of a few quid, you'll have a new lease of life. It really does pay to go to a specialist. I had been going to doctors and sports injusry therapists who were able to do nothing for me other than give me a painkiller or token exercise to do. I cant say enough good or thank them enough.
